These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wellpack USA website (wellpackusa.com) and your purchase of products from Wellpack USA (Greenstar Trading Inc.), Kent, Washington ("Wellpack," "we," "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we serve
Wellpack is a wholesale restaurant and food-service supplies distributor serving businesses in the Greater Seattle area. Our products and services are intended for commercial customers and adults 18 years or older.

2. Orders and acceptance
Orders may be placed by phone, email, text, or through your sales representative. An order is accepted when we confirm it and schedule it for delivery. We may decline or limit any order at our discretion, including because of product availability or account standing. Product descriptions, pack sizes, and pricing are subject to change without notice, and we are not responsible for typographical errors.

3. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted at the time of order and may change based on market conditions. Payment terms are as agreed on your customer account (for example, payment on delivery or net terms). Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and suspension of deliveries. All prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable taxes will be added where required.

4. Delivery
We offer free delivery within the Greater Seattle area on scheduled route days. Delivery dates and times are estimates and may change due to weather, traffic, or other conditions outside our control. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and note any shortages or damage with the driver. Once accepted at delivery, risk of loss passes to you.

5. Returns, shortages, and credits
Report any shortage, damage, or incorrect item within 24 hours of delivery. Refrigerated, frozen, and perishable items may not be returned once accepted unless defective. Non-perishable items in original, unopened condition may be returned for credit within 7 days of delivery with our approval. Approved credits will be applied to your account or the original payment method.

6. Text messaging (SMS) terms
If you have opted in to receive text messages from Wellpack, you consent to receive recurring automated messages at the number you provided, including order confirmations, delivery notifications, account notices, and, if you opted in to marketing, promotional offers.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

7. Website use
You may use our website for lawful business purposes only. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our content, product data, or images without written permission, or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and product information, is owned by or licensed to Wellpack and protected by applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as required by law, products and the website are provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Product handling and storage after delivery is your responsibility.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellpack's total liability for any claim relating to an order or use of the website is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes, and continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
